The assignment often requires BPM Professional Services to produce regular concise reports which not only record the progress of the construction on site and the financial status of the project, but also make relevant recommendations concerning any necessary corrective actions or tactical changes to the project's strategies. 

BPM Professional Services are also licensed to act as an independent guarantor or steward for funds. Sometimes an independent guarantor is required to retain the funds on behalf of the client - the funds are then released to the contractor when agreed stages of completion have been achieved. This can happen on larger projects, where the contractor needs a guarantee that funds are available to complete the build, and the client can ensure prompt payment once key stages are achieved.
