At BPM Professional Services, we combine the commercial experience of our Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS), who have been involved in a number of commercial tenders for large construction contractors, with a Business Development team experienced in tender writing and sales proposals for blue-chip projects (not just construction) as well as in-house proofreading skills. PQQs / ITTs

Traditionally, Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) were used to assess a company's financial standing and resource capability before starting a project. Today, PQQs are used by both public and private sector companies to select the most suitable suppliers to go forward to the ITT stage. As a result, PQQs now require a more in-depth and detailed response in order to make that first impression count. BPM can offer our clients a tailored solution including the following: 

  • A full review of the PQQ/ITT document, identifying the exact requirements and recommending  action needed;
  • Production of a timeline of events, identifying what steps need to be taken and by when;
  • Company research to identify what documentation we already have to work with and areas that need improvement; 
  • Writing/population of entire document or sections identified as requiring improvement, including all attachments, case studies and policy documents;
  • Formatting of all documents to ensure a professional appearance throughout;
  • Understanding how the document should be submitted (electronically, paper copy, disk format) and ensuring that this is done before the deadline
Tender / Bid Writing

Creating a proposal which meets your client's needs, delivers all the relevant information and presents it in a way which makes the reader want to use your client's services is an in-depth process which  requires a great deal of thought, effort, skill, and above all - time. It is not a process which should be rushed, although this can sometimes prove difficult. By appointing BPM to manage this process, our client's can relax, safe in the knowledge that a professional team is creating an effective and persuasive document and most importantly, one which will help generate new business. In order to produce a professional proposal, our team will:

  • Fully review the ITT, RFI, RFP, RFQ , grant proposal or research proposal and identify the key areas which need to be drawn out in the text;
  • Speak to the key staff to gather all relevant information;
  • Structure a response which will be reviewed independently by another team member before being passed to the client, well before the deadline, for their review and comments
  • Make any final additions and amendments before final submission to the client
