Service: Quantity Surveying
Summary: Once again, the team at BPM were appointed to produce a bill of quantities for a domestic extension from plan drawings. This is an area in which BPM specialise and our highly trained team can ensure that build costs are accurately procured and demonstrated to the client. Once complete, the bill of quantities was then given to the client, allowing them to obtain an accurate picture of how much their extension was going to cost and giving them all the information they would need to make an informed decision.

Summary: Based on a set of plan drawings, BPM were appointed to produce a bill of quantities and MS Project Programme for a new domestic house build.
Project: Roman Bank - three new-build houses

Service: Preparation of Proposal Report
Summary: BPM were appointed to produce a desk-based proposal report on three part-finished new build houses. Philken Construction had reviewed the site and wanted to publish their findings, along with their proposals for the completion of the houses, in a professional report format comprising photographs.

Service: Commercial Assistance During Dispute
Summary: BPM were appointed to undertake a commercial appraisal and re-measurement of our client's domestic extension following a dispute with his builder. Via instruction from the client's solicitor, BPM produced a report which detailed the completed work and their associated costs. This would be used by the solicitor to resolve the dispute as it clearly showed the build elements and their actual value.
