Project: Calderstones School 6th Form Extension
Location: Liverpool
Client: Clarke Derby Partnership
Service: Performance Specification of Works
Summary: BPM were appointed by Clarke Derby to create a perfomance specification of works document for a proposed extension to Calderstones School. The scheme involved the development of an existing 6th form school and the demolition of an existing store building and attached walkway canopy spanning between the Library and Calder House buildings. The new single storey 6th form building comprised of three separate rooms; a store, a lobby and seating area with a capacity of 280. The detailed report was created by carrying out a full review and take-off from the architects plans and outlined the full extent of the work and materials required. The report also identified where further information was needed from trade specialists.

Location: North West
Client: RCS Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Service: Re-measure and Final Account preparation
Summary: Our clients RCS, had installed a variety of new roofing and cladding systems to the above school and college buildings located throughout the North West. BPM were appointed during the projects to assist the company MD with the compilation of applications and final accounts. This involved re-measuring the works against the original bill of quantities and checking for variations. BPM then produced accurate final accounts on our client's behalf.
