Successful appointment of BPM on another refurbishment project

A referral gained through a fellow member of the Stockport Pyramid BNI chapter has led to the successful appointment of BPM Solutions on another refurbishment project in as many months. BPM will project manage the complete works package to renovate an office building on the outskirts of Stockport, following substantial flood damage.

An initial survey to determine the extent of the damage has already been carried out and a full schedule of works has been drawn up. We are currently sourcing a local contractor to carry out the works and will be issuing the complete schedule to companies who pass the pre-qualification stage of the tender process. Using this method of procurement, BPM can ensure healthy competition between the candidates and can qualify the standing of the company and therefore the quality of the work. Further details on this project will follow in the forthcoming months..........

BPM demonstrates Project Management skills in latest project

BPM Professional Services have been successfully appointed by TKG Site Support to manage a groundworks project in Swinefleet, near Goole, East Yorkshire. The project involves re-building several flights of steps to the back of six residential properties and is being carried out in conjunction with Swinefleet flood defence work. BPM successfully priced and tendered the project, and appointed approved contractors to carry out the construction works. The entire process has been monitored by the BPM team and has involved liaison with all parties to keep them informed of progress and a site visit to ensure it runs smoothly. Practical completion for this will be obtained within the next few days.

BPM Bid Writers help W&H Roads submit tender

BPM Professional Services Bid Writing team were recently appointed as consultant Bid Writers for Southend-On-Sea based road and ground works contractors W&H Roads. W&H Roads were looking to produce a quality submission as part of the tender for reinforcement/reinstatement and carriageway repairs to Shoeburyness Park and Lake. The bid value was £400,000. Due to an extremely busy schedule of work and the growing requirement of local authority tenders requiring polished quality statements, W&H Roads sought professional support. The BPM bid writers have experience of writing PQQ, RFP, Tender and Award submissions for both public and private sector works on behalf of large and small clients. W&H Roads needed immediate assistance and had to submit the document within a tight deadline.  Within a week of contacting BPM's Bid Writers had completed the quality statement and the submission was submitted before the deadline on behalf of the client.

BPM Bid Writers help large services contractor submit North Wales tender

A national services and utilities maintenance contractor recently required additional support for their own Bid Writing Team. With other staff already committed to a large scale tender, the contractor was still keen to support their North Wales office in a tender submission for pavement and carriageway resurfacing and called in support from the BPM Professional Services Bid Writing staff. The objective for the BPM bid writer was to work on site with the current team, liaise with their North Wales operational staff and compile a 100 side quality statement. The submission was for a six year £1million pound per annum contract. The project took three weeks to undertake and complete and the quality statement was submitted on time.
