What do we do?

BPM Group provides professional and commercial building services to construction companies, contractors, sub-contractors and larger third party investors in the project including financial institutions, local authorities, insurance agencies and blue chip clients. BPM Group's clients have the opportunity to select from a range of services dealing with different aspects of the construction process or a total solution package. Our clients benefit from our ability to provide on-site or off-site services, with flexible contract and payment arrangements to suit their project capacity requirements.

BPM Group also provides construction and building management services for the home owner or residential builder as well as small to medium sized companies and developers. Our customers benefit by knowing that when they embark on a construction project, they are not on their own; with a small investment in us, they are guaranteed in the knowledge, that from feasibility to completion, each stage of the build will be managed with their interests in mind, ensuring costs are controlled, quality is delivered and personal disruption is minimised.

BPM Group also offer fully flexible tender writing and support services. From receipt of a company proposal right through to the submisson date, BPM Group's trained bid writer's can support at all stages of the proposal timeline. Whether client's require assistance with the bid management process, or with the actual writing process, BPM's team of professionals will provide practical advice and support to ensure the timely submission of a quality proposal. 

The BPM Group services are underpinned by a  team of fully Chartered professionals. Their key skills cover; quantity surveying, building surveying, planning applications, programming/scheduling, architectural services, project management and CDM. The group combines over forty years experience in the construction industry, undertaking a wide and varied range of roles in both public and private sector projects.

The BPM Group have offices in the North West of England and the Midlands and will operate locally, nationally and overseas.
