Q: What is Project Management A:Project management is concerned with the overall all management of a construction project including both on and off site works, including management of both the design and construction teams. Like construction management the ultimate goal of effective project management is to ensure a project is completed on time, in budget and to a high quality. The role of project management is primarily to ensure clear and open communication between all the different parties involved within a project, so as to reduce the risk of miscommunication which will result in problems and delays.
