Q: What is Negotiation A:Negotiation is the process by which a contract and its particulars are determined before it is signed by the two parties (Contractor and Client). The negotiations will focus on areas such as Overall Construction Cost, Payment Conditions, Programme of woks and any damages clauses. Contracts are negotiated to try and best meet the needs and concerns of both parties.
