Project Management
BPM Group can offer a complete project management service, or tailor individual services to meet our client's requirements. Also BPM can take projects right through from their feasibility stage to the end of any defect liability period, or alternatively provide services only during specific periods i.e. pre-contract, contract and post-contract periods.
BPM's Project management team work closely with all other involved parties; Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors and Local Authorities to ensure that there is always a high level of quality and honest communication. This allows the projects we manage to be completed on time, to budget and to a high quality.
BPM Group offer a remote management service or a permanently site based service. For smaller less complex projects BPM can manage the administration and progress of a project remotely with weekly, bi-monthly or monthly site visits. After a site visit BPM will produce a short report detailing the progress being made on the project. More importantly this will also identify any issues or upcoming problems that need to be resolved and who and how this will be done, whether this be a physical construction, design, contract or commercial issue.
