BPM Group recognise that getting the design that actually fits what you want, in terms of look and cost, can be an expensive challenge. Getting a design that fits what you want, in terms of look and cost that then passes through local authority planning and building control can be an even more expensive mistake if you get it wrong.

Our objective is to ensure your designer does not design a hotel when you want a home, a palace when you want a pad or a spaceship when you asked for something futuristic.

Our architects will work with you and the local authority at the conception stage, before full drawings are commissioned and submitted, to ensure that planning hurdles, design flaws and any misconceptions between your vision and the completed drawings are addressed at an early stage.

BPM Group understand that gaining planning permission can be a frustrating and lengthy process, particularly where your project is ambitious in design or where local authority or government policies present a challenge.

BPM Group's specialist planning team are experienced in ensuring quick decisions on planning applications and dealing with the time consuming lengthy appeals and challenges which may be required to get the results you need. In order to acheive this, we can provide the following support services:
