Summary:

Enterprise appointed BPM to front the commercial bid for the above contracts for London Underground, with direction from the Commercial and Operation Directors. This involved carrying out a full commercial review of all pre-contract documentation, providing detailed estimates for the necessary works and producing a detailed risk register. BPM were also responsible for issuing the ITT to all sub-contractors, evaluating each submission upon their return and producing and issuing tender clarification question to the client and sub-contractor. BPM also assisted with the production of presentations and written documents throughout the negotiation process for the Enterprise board and the client.
