Summary:
Over the past few years, Slough Borough Council have been upgrading the existing shopping centre facade by laying new granite paving and installing several bespoke art structures. BPM were appointed by Enterprise to finalise their final accounts with the subcontractors. This involved producing a detailed final account and justification of extensions of time, which were then presented to the client. All works were carried out under ICE conditions of contract, 5th edition. Subsequent to this, BPM were appointed to carry out further negotiations with the client.
