Summary:

Following the successful pricing and tendering of a groundworks project in Swinefleet, East Yorkshire, BPM were appointed by the client to manage and ensure the smooth running of the entire project. The works involved re-building several flights of stairs at the back of six residential properties, in conjunction with Swinfleet Flood Defense work. After appointing the successful contractor, BPM's team monitored the works' progress with site visits and acted as the main point of contact throughout the duration.
