Summary: BPM were appointed work alongside the Project Manager at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool. The business park was being developed from a brownfield site into a new industrial park. Our role was to provide pre and post contract administration using the NEC 2 Option C contract, during the installation of the infrastructure to the site.
