Summary: HBS had a requirement to develop a site on which they planned to build a medical centre. The team at BPM put together a basic cost plan for HBS, to enable them to apply for funding from the bank. Once funding had been awarded, BPM then produced a bill of quantities measured from the plans for each element of the medical centre enabling HBS to obtain an accurate build figure which they could use to create a budget for the entire project.
