Summary: BPM were appointed by our client, who was working directly for the funder of two developments within the Manchester area. Our role was to quantify the cost to complete the developments. By visiting the site, plus examination and measurement of the drawings, the BPM team established the current accurate cost to complete the construction work for both developments. The photographs represent the stage of build when we visited site.
