Summary: Huntington was a high and low pressure pipeline installation project at a waste water treatment site. BPM's role was to provide pre and post contract administration through to final account stage. This included applications for payment, variations orders and liaison with the end user's appointed commercial team. By using BPM, our client was able to ensure that all costs were accurate, all involved parties were kept informed throughout the project and that the contracts in place were properly adhered to.
