Summary:  In 2003, BPM's client Earthtech, were awarded the contract to supply 17 sites in Egypt with the equipment to install new water treatment stations however, communications broke down which led to the client's failure to be paid as per the contract. The chartered team at BPM were appointed to assist the client with establishing the requirements they had to fulfil their obligation under the supply contract. BPM also assisted by undertaking cost versus value exercises and producing contemporaneous invoices for the supplied equipment. Furthermore, BPM provided illustrations and computation to assist our client's claim to re-instate disallowed costs and produced the final account. This is an on-going project and BPM continues to provide our client with high level contract administration advice.
