Summary: Formby Golf Club was undergoing large-scale refurbishment works, namely the construction of an extension to the Club House including hotel rooms and golf and leisure facilities. BPM acted as Quantity Surveyors for Colin Wise who are internal walls and ceiling contractors, throughout the project duration until final account stage. Our role included estimating, pricing works, contract advice and client representation.
