Summary:

Following the improvement of the existing street facade of London Road in Headington, incorporating the area of road outside Oxford University, BPM were appointed by Enterprise to finalise the subcontractor's accounts. This involved the productin of a detailed final account and justification of extensions of time, which were then presented to the client. All works were carried our under NEC 3 contract, option B. BPM were then appointed to carry out further negotiations with the client.
