Summary: The Rhymney Project is the construction of a brand new pharmaceutical plant which produces sterilised bandages. BPM were appointed by Parsons Engineering Ltd to carry out pre and post contract administration under the NEC 3 contract Option C. BPM dealt with all contract administration activities between the client and the sub-contractor and also carried out Primavera planning services.
