Summary:

BPM was appointed by Enterprise to assist their Bid Management team in delivering a PQQ for the £10m framework agreement. Enterprise required additional resources and skills to help them put information into the PQQ in a ledgible and presentable manner, and to help the client select which information to include and omit. It was walso important to identify the correct writing style, one which would give the client the best possible chance of getting through to the next round of the bid process. Over a two week period, beginning with an initial document briefing meeting, representatives of Enterprise forwarded information to the BPM team who then drafted and edited all responses to the questions. These responses were then modified by a process of discussion and exchange between the bid writers and senior personnel, with BPM constantly updating as the information and style of the PQQ involved. Throughout this period, BPM ensured all responses were standardised and adapted existing company documents to provide additonal information, in some cases re-writing or creating new documents.
