Bid Appraisals
Traditionally, Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) were used to assess a company's financial standing and resource capability before starting a project. Today, PQQs are used by both public and private sector companies to select the most suitable suppliers to go forward to the ITT stage. As a result, PQQs now require a more in-depth and detailed response in order to make that first impression count. BPM can offer our clients a tailored solution including the following:
- A full review of the PQQ/ITT document, identifying the exact requirements and recommending action needed;
- Production of a timeline of events, identifying what steps need to be taken and by when;
- Company research to identify what documentation we already have to work with and areas that need improvement;
- Writing/population of entire document or sections identified as requiring improvement, including all attachments, case studies and policy documents;
- Formatting of all documents to ensure a professional appearance throughout;
- Understanding how the document should be submitted (electronically, paper copy, disk format) and ensuring that this is done before the deadline
